In-depth hands-on training is given for thorough oral examination, tongue tie determination, thumb sucking habits, mouth breathing, connections between speech disorders and various other findings, and complete coverage of all exercises in the Myo Manual (Orofacial Myology: From Basics to Habituation).
Called “Holtzman’s Bootcamp” by many attendees, this course provides problem-solving assignments and interesting challenges. Completion of this courses places attendees in a track toward certification in this fascinating specialty area. Participants must be licensed or eligible for licensing in their state in order to qualify for eventual certification.
