Private therapist needed:

I'm trying to locate a SLP who would be willing to contract with a school district to provide additional services at home to a young teen who suffered a head injury in November 2008. He lives in Lewiston, NY and travels to ECMC twice weekly for individual TX, but his family would like to have a SLP work at home with him to supplement and perhaps work with the tutors he has in the subjects of math and american history.
